Shipping rates are zoned by areas of the United State. Our base is Tennessee and we have created a shipping table that reflects actual rates to ship to various states to keep shipping as reasonable as possible.
At any time you can check your shopping cart and also access the shipping rate for what you have in your cart a that time. Rates are accessed using delivery State and Zip.
We take shipping issues seriously and will try to resolve any shipping issue or mis-shipped products as quick as possible.
- Once we receive a product order we will determine the best method to ship the order.
- We try to ship orders the next day after receipt of the order whenever possible and most orders should arrive within 2 - 3 business days.
- Most of our products are shipped USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground or FedEx Home delivery.
- You will receive a tracking number once a label is produced for your order.
- Some order may require that products are shipped directly from the producer and we will indicate if that is the situation with your order.
- "We Pack Ugly" - We are highly vigilant of the environment and use a large amount of re-purposed packaging material as well as boxes that are made from recycled material. Sometimes this reused packaging material produces packing that may not be pretty but is packed well.
- We reserve the right not to ship certain products such as chocolate during hot weather. You will be contacted if your order will be delayed because of hot weather and you can then make the determination as to whether it should be delayed or canceled.
- We use the Postal Service for the majority of shipping so please provide us with a valid Postal address.
- There are very, very few times a package is delivered incorrectly. If your tracking says it has been delivered and you cannot find the package, check all porches, carports, garages and patios for the package. Ask your delivery person, in most instances your postal delivery person or contact your local post office. Once you have made all attempts to locate the package and still cannot, contact us within 5 days of receipt of your package. We will then investigate and file the proper paperwork.
- If there is product breakage during shipping it must be reported back to us within 5 days of delivery along with pictures of the damage. Replacements will then be reissued or your purchase will be refunded but that will be up to us to make that determination.
- Any chocolate products you order it is your responsibility to pick up that package as soon as possible. Even short amounts of time in direct sun can have an impact. You are given a tracking number so please follow the package. If you would like we can deliver the package to be held for pick by you at the shippers facility.
- ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES MUST BE MADE TO US NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. By delivery we mean your house, place of work, shippers facility for pickup or any time it is indicated by the shipper that the product has been delivered or delivered for pickup.
- We communicate mostly by email so make sure to allow emails from mrwproducts.com to come thru to your inbox. You are responsible for contacting us if we request additional information. If we send an email to you and do not hear back with 5 days, your order will be canceled or any issues will be finalized as resolved.
