How do I Set Up a New Account?
It is a fairly easy process and takes place when you place your first order with us.
- At Check Out Step 1 you can select to register an account or logout as a guest. Select using the radio button Register Account.
- At Step 2 when you enter your Account and Billing Details there will be a User Details section to create a username and password. You can make your username your email address for simplicity if you would like.
Complete all the required fields and continue to check out. Your account will then be created.
I would like to set up a Wholesale Account. What steps do I take?
Can I add Gift Card and Message to My Order?
Yes, we put an actual gift card in with your gift order.
Your own private gift message card will be added as long as you fill in the gift message box at checkout. Very simple.
It can be added at Step 4 of Checkout (see Below).
If we get your order and it looks like it may be a gift we will email you once asking if you would like to add a gift card. Just send us an email back with whatever you would like us to add and it will be taken care of. If we dont hear from you we will ship the order without a gift card.
As you are checking out on Step 4 you will see a box for Entering a Gift Message.
I can't login and need my password. How do I do that?
It is very easy to reset your password.
1. Click on Account in the top menu.
2. Below the login information click on Forgot Your Password?
3. Follow the instructions by entering your email address for your account.
4. A reset password email will be sent to the email on record.
5. Follow the instructions to Reset your password.
